Where to ride this weekend

Alright,

This is the first one. BikerStops is live with 338 biker stops on the map, from Cornwall to the Highlands. Some are famous. Some are a shed with a kettle and a car park full of GSs.

We've definitely missed your favourite. Tell us and we'll add it: bikerstops.co.uk/submit

Three rides for the weekend

South East: Hove to the Weald

Start with a flat white at FLATOUT Coffee in Hove. Head north over the Downs to Fuel Coffee House at Small Dole. Then go east through the lanes to Butchers Hook Cafe near Heathfield for something with chips. Three stops, no motorway, plenty of bends.

Peak District: Glossop to Monyash

Fuel up at Glossop Cafeteria. Take the Snake Pass over to Ladybower, then drop south to The Yondermann Cafe at Wardlow Mires. Finish at The Old Smithy in Monyash. 143 Google reviews call it popular with motorcyclists, so you won't be the only one in leathers.

North Wales: Pontblyddyn to Capel Curig

Breakfast at The Old Stores Motorbike Café, rated 4.8 from over 1,100 reviews. Ride west to Chain & Sprocket Cafe in Ruthin. Then pick up the A5 into Snowdonia and stop at Caffi Siabod in Capel Curig. Good tea. Better views. Bring a waterproof.

New on the map

Riding in October

  • The clocks go back on Sunday 25 October. It gets dark earlier on the ride home. Pack a clear visor or check your Pinlock.
  • Leaves, mud and wet roads. Farm traffic and fallen leaves make the lanes greasy. Brake earlier and stay off the white lines.
  • Check opening hours before you set off. Our hours come from Google listings. They change in the off-season, and nobody wants to find a locked door 40 miles in.
